Diptych of Richard for my Conversations project. This is a test shot with the Fuji X100 for a photo to work an while the slide film from the Mamiya RZ67 set up gets processed. The Fuji comes closer to the Mamiya in general look than the Nikon kit does.
I’ll be posting more from this session this week as well as the final photos soon.

Some behind the scenes shots Jessica took of last nights Conversations photo shoot. It was a nice mix of cameras between my new Fuji X100, Polaroid, Nikon, and Mamiya RZ67, I’ll be posting samples of test shots from the X100, but safe to say the files this thing puts out are far beyond its price point.

Shooting my new Fuji X100 with some outdoor strobes, Elinchrom 600RX and a deep octa. So far I love working with this little camera. At this point 99% of my work is shot on my Mamiya RZ67 so my Nikon kit has fallen into non-use. It’s too big to take out for fun and not up to snuff for my work. In came the x100 and I’m pretty happy with how its fitting together.
As always thanks to Jessica for helping me test out new gear.
